Your Wedding Cake

Your special day is so important that it deserves the attention of a custom bakery, like mine. Instructions on how to cut your wedding cake will be provided to you upon request. I require minimum of 4 weeks (more time is better) to process your wedding cake order. For wedding cakes over 100 servings a 50% deposit is required within one week after placing order and full payment due within 2 weeks of the event. Wedding cake prices include all necessary cake implements. Cake tops and extra decorations may be extra depending on design. Rental/purchase of specialty equipment or disposable equipment implements may apply. A security deposit for wedding cake implements may apply depending on design.  Delivery charge of $50 and starting at $75 for out of town deliveries. (Bakery is in Jackson, MI.) Wedding cakes are priced per serving starting at $5. The wedding cakes are made with fresh buttercream icing, others available depending on style and design. Fondant is available upon request for $7 per serving. Gluten Free in flavors white, yellow and chocolate @ $8.00 per serving. Sugar free flavors in yellow and chocolate with icing flavors in vanilla and chocolate $6.00 per serving. Up to 5 flavors for a wedding cake of 100 servings. Regular cake flavors to choose from-

Texas sheet cake 

A light thin mild chocolate sheet cake covered with a glossy ganache and walnuts. This type of cake is very often used as a Groom's cake in addition to the wedding cake. Starting at min. 24 servings $120.

For Wedding Cakes

You will need to provide:

1. A good idea of serving size.
2. Your color scheme/theme.
3. Your preference of flavors (quantity as described on menu).
4. Provide a cake top and flowers for cake table if using.
5. Your preferences on delivery- location and time. (Provide sturdy arrangements for placement at reception.) Delivery charge $50, for out of town deliveries starting at $75 (more than 20 miles from Jackson, Michigan).
6. Three payments-
